Personal Interview & Program Director Round

Finally, the process culminates with a personal interview, usually with a director or founding team member. It's conducted in person across five cities: Gurugram on campus, as well as Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai. The discussion will include your experiences, challenges you've overcome, and your aspirations. 

Here, novelty is less important than consistency. If you add a story at the last minute that contradicts your SOP, it creates more questions than it answers. A final interaction with the program director confirms your eligibility and your suitability to the program, after which you gain admission. 

Candidates then receive one of three outcomes: Accepted, Waitlisted, or Rejected. Those who get an offer confirm their seat by paying a ₹100,000 admission fee within the specified deadline.
